OK, this has just started happening, when i connect to the [BIATCH] server and i play a map i dont have, it says downloading map, maps/whatever, but now, i just connected and it says downloading map maps/de_dust2_remake, then changes and says Disconnected
Missing map maps/de_dust2_remake.bsp.

WTFs going on, ?? where can i download de_dust2_remake from ?

I dont understand why you cant download it. Comes down ok for me. Do other maps download ok?

no, i cant remember tha name but another map did the same, can u post some links snowy ?

Do you use this command? cl_allowdownload 0 If you do it wont let you download maps but it will also stop you from seeing sprays.

Just search on Google for the map names and you should find them.

ohy yer. the other map dat didnt dl was cs_scweden.bsp and de_spirits.bsp.

Can u post some dl links snowy ?

EDIT: ok, i uploaded a vid of what is going on, its 3GP format so u might need a decoder or a player...

yo thundertiger i had the same problem for weeks. im not sure how i fixed it or if it fixed its self.

sorry i know thats not much help hehe.

could always try and delete client registry.blob and see if it attempts to patch something

its in your steam folder. its called clientregistry.blob it basically contains a list of all your patches etc.. or some shit like that then when you delete it and reload steam it goes fuck do i need updating contacts the servers and will re-patch if needed.

ok, i havent adjusted anything, but steam just downloaded de_shipment.bsp during a level change. ??
everythings working ok now. maybe just a glitch.

There you go, must be a glitch.. most map links are in the post about the maps we have but I got lazy and didnt post the new ones.. suppose I should do it.
