My twathead brother has gone into your server through my Xfire and pissing everyone off it seems cause I'm being told my steam ID is banned. Any way of undoing this?

Can I get unbanned or what? Nothing I love more after work than blowing english guys...(that sounded better in my head). I don't know who banned me but he/she/it probably had good reason (not my fault though). Most other servers are full of knob ends who rely way too much on AWP which is why I'm keen to get back into this one.
