and ginger. leave ya pc on for a while and then reboot it and check in the bios.
failing that you might have some funky software that came with you motherboard which will enable you to monitor it.
or if your running a nvidia chipset you could down load there hardware monitor program.
loads of ways to find out how hot it is

The hitachi HDD get the 160 or the 250 gig sata 2 model as they run better than the 80 gig 1.And ginger your motherboard should have temp readout software most do it also tells u what the fan speed is on the cpu and the chipsets if they have fans.My dfi board software had something called smartguardian dont know if its dfi only software or if u can download it for your motherboard

thats what i was on about cowboy. forgot what the fucker was called thought.
and pete ive had shite fans in psu's that rub and thats fucking annoying just opened up the psu and stick a new fan in though.
was before i invested in a proper psu of course
