Dont really know you ( seen you once or twice ).

Theres quite a healthy regular player base at the moment, most you can have a laugh with, then theres those miserable fuckers who mainly wear [Biatch] and [Biatch-ho] tags

Hell, even Damn is starting to chat ( not voice comms though ) sometimes.

Even with the lag concerns thats happening ( anyone know if / when its likely to be sorted ? sorry if this question is being asked by alot of people or has already been answered ) people are still returning and after playing CS:S for 4-5 months its the only server myself and a few mates tend to play on. Its turned us from BF2 players into CS:S players

As for the lag guys, it has been said in numerous posts do a ping plot when the lag happens, then Tef or Shippy can determin how its happening , and do somthing about it

yeah but ffs tef is properly dragging his fucking heals, if we need to fuck about like that everytime it does a 5 second lag, then we are better off moving to a new place, we never had trouble like this with warservers ffs.

well i aint been on for a while, but i never ever got any lag, on our server, dont know what everyone is complaingin about tbh!
my isp is something that is slighly irregular, that mite be why i dunno, dont care, i jus know i dont get lagg!

In my experience it's random.... Some evenings on a full server and it'll be fine. Sometimes it's near unplayable for 5-6 minutes...

If someone explains how to do this ping thing ill gladly do it but i cant see it helping ( note im not a pc tech wiz so probably wrong ).
From my experience it happens mainly when full, but it does still happen when theres only about 8 people on, it seems to happen more late at night or on weekends when i guess traffic is higher ?

Its actually getting worse as the weeks go by..started around january and ramping up now to lag freezes up to 4-7 seconds ( yet some people get killed by headshots in this time..miracles i guess )


It doesnt really feel like Internet lag it seems to be the server struggling ( we've had issues with our BFV / BF2 servers in the past )

dude scotteh, ping plot is just a program. It just constantly checks your connection to the server, google for the program and then run it for 10 minutes when the server is most laggy (eavnings weekends etc.) and then save the file and send it to tef stating what time you did it and what isp you are using.
