lo guys im after a cheap 17" or 19" monitor. i only got around £180. ive seen a acer 19" widescreen (1440 x 900 (WXGA) Optimum Resolution) for £176. will the widescreen be better than a normal 17" or 19".
can any1 find me somet for around £180.

you need a low refresh rate i.e below 10m/s

ive got the hyundai b90a at the mo wedge and i think its pitty crap.

iv got the 19" version of the viewsonic vimto and i think its gr8,but theyve brought out a similar version, cant remember the product id ,

ive found a viewsonic VX724 ULTRA-FAST 3MS LCD 17", will cost me £169 plus £7 p&p. looks good

its jusy the picture isnt very good, so dont mind 17 or 19", but 19" isnt much improvment from a 17"

widescreen cha cha cha. altho i wouldnt bother with a 19" widescreen as the res is pony. might as well just get a decent 19"
other than that the 20" widescreen dells are quite nice but there way outta the price range you have set.
