Well, I just found out my pc is socket 939, not 754..... Wondered if any one could give smoe advice on a decent 939 socket processor....

The older Althlon 64 and Athlon 64 X2 are socket 939, I use an Athlon 64 X2 4200+ which is great. But be careful, as the later models use socket AM2 now I think.

If its just for playing CS:S and BF get a nice cheap 3500 / 3700.

i wanna be playing 2142, but without Just scraping in at the minimum req's ...

Prob something about 2,4 GHz ir higher

So, Im thinking avout the San Diago - any good ??
