PROBLEM:
disconnected with the following errors:
Disconnect: Kicked by Console : Illegal Alias In Use.
Disconnect: Kicked by Console : Restart Game.
TO BYPASS:
cl_restrict_server_commands 0
ABOUT THE CVAR:
cl_restrict_server_commands was added to prevent unwanted commands being run on game clients. Before you disable this cvar, make sure you know what it does and the results. Here are the following numbers that can be used with cl_restrict_server_commands:
* 0 = Don't restrict any server commands
* 1 = Restrict server commands in Valve multiplayer games
* 2 = Restrict server commands in all multiplayer games
The reason you might be getting disconnected is because a server command blocker (i.e. ZBlock) won't authenticate you because it won't change your illegal commands.
Setting cl_restrict_server_commands to 0 turns on the ability for servers to change commands (how it was before update) so you can now connect!

You have to have 'enable developer console' ticked in the settings.
Go into the keyboard settings where you would usually set the keys for movement, weapons etc. Click the advanced button and tick the box to enable console.
Then you should be able to do what Squidly Squee has posted above.
