If you kill twenty people in Quake, you receive the message: Wow, you're really good!
If you kill twenty people in Unreal Tournament, you recieve the message: Godlike.
If you kill twenty people in Counter-strike, you recieve the message: You have been kicked from the server.

Anyway was your ping high? players with pings which peaks over 140 will be automatically kicked.
