As some of you may be aware during June WarServers suffered the loss of it's director. Although many problems were caused by this we were able to bring in new management to continue the running of the business. Our hope was that the business could not only continue to provide services to its customers, but increase its levels of support and performance.
This has however been short lived. Over the last few weeks the new management have discovered that, unknown to the previous director, several large hosting and bandwidth bills have been accruing through 2004 and 2005. WarServers was not informed by its hosting provider that these bills were overdue.
In an effort to continue to provide services to customers WarServers have made several large payments to cover the debt. Although the repayment of this debt has now almost been achieved we have been left in a dire situation that the hosting company requires funds up front for immediate continued hosting. With all finances (including the consolidation and sale of many company assets) going into the repayment of the hosting debt, no funds are available to cover these costs.
We have pursued every avenue in an effort to continue to provide service to customers, however it is clear that WarServers will not be able to recover from this situation.
It is therefore with the deepest of regrets that I must inform customers that WarServers will cease trading as of July 7th 2005.
We understand the frustration that you will feel at this action, and I wish there was some way to continue to provide service, or at least provide compensation to you. We are in the awkward situation that all company assets are to be sold off to pay the remaining debts, which will leave no funds, services or assets available to compensate customers.
Please note that all card details have been destroyed and all recurring payments cancelled.

so basically we are fucked for a server.
We need a new server ASAP. Can anyone recommend a provider?
Oh, and we just paid up for 6 months, which we would seem to have lost - anyone wanna contribute to save the BIATCH?
