i hate when they play dumb. Agreed, some servers can change rates, but everyone knows that they are to a "sort of" standard. When you have people with 7000, 21cmd / 44update and they claim they haven't done it is fuckin laughable.

Would it be advisable to do the "sv_minrate" on the server to 10000. I'm sure there is one for the cmd and updaterate to set them to 30 / 20 respectively.
