ok i got banned today(sunday 17:18) because apprently i was supposed to be banned yesterday but devil kicked me and warned id be banned if i carried on arguing with moon i come on here to play with every 1 and moonbanns me straight away wtf and the argument started after i burnt moon for t'king me and he didnt say sry then he burnt me so i started arguing with moon. devil warned i'd be banned if i carried on and then kicked me as soon as i come on today i get banned by moon and all the u.a.c's will tell you moon doesnt liek me he ignores me all the tiem and and when i try to talk to him about it he mutes me now he's banned me from biatch and will proberly from u.a.c when i next coem on although paul and wolfy will unbann me.

all i want to know is why moonraker acts this way towards me, maybe it was becasue i asked if he was gay but then he could have just said yes or no but all this happens and im allready pissed off so im trying nto to be nasty in this msg.

hmmm....it seems like we will need to hear both sides of this story. I think as you ask if he was gay then you maybe weren't putting your point across in the 'calmest' way, am i right in thinking you were a bit abusive? Like it says on our server, if you have a comment or complaint then you should report it in here. Normally it's a good idea to report it before an admin feels he needs to ban you. What happened here guys? other input needed from admins.

Sniper, first off, that is bollocks as to why I banned you. So don't come with the bullshit. Secondly, DO NOT threaten that you are trying "not to be abusive". It just don't work on here.

You was kicked yesterday before I had chance to ban you.

You was being abusive to a couple of regs, and severly abusive to me and Devil Dog. You called us cunts and me a hacker. I mean, a joke is a joke but you whine all the while saying people hack and tbh, some people just can't take it after a while.

It's nothing to do with anything other than the other day. I do not ban people at all, only in the extreme. But when you call me a cunt and tell me to "stfu" then you will get banned for admin abuse, especially as me and Devil warned you, which we shouldn't have to. YOU DO NOT ABUSE ADMIN FULL STOP. Not only that, even Gearchange said to shut up before you get banned, and he's a reg and noticed what a twat you was being, then you started on him.

As far as im concerned Moon was right to bann u, it happend a few days ago to a person abusing admin ppl need to learn us admin are not here to be abused we are here to look after the server and keep wankers off there .

moon this was an argument between you and me why invole other people and why invole your admin rights why cant we settle this between me and you or we could just ignore each other from now on in if you would like.

also it wasnt bollox to why you bannend me we where arguing then we started pissing each other off and ive got a temper as bad or worse then devil i just dont tend to use my mic when i do (no offence dd).
i did have to go to an anger management school for a couple of years but i still lose my temper now and then.
although it has gotten better as "peter-lucky git" he coems on the biatch sever every know and then and he lives down the road from me, if i came off as abusive like i said to any 1 other then moon im sry but he was being abusive to me so what do you expect, any 1 here would proberly do the same as i did if tehy didnt like you like i do but that didnt stop me playing with you.

yes people told me to drop it but i had lost my temper and moon raker is the sort of purson to say 1 word to me and i lose my temper (no offence) but every 1 here would say thats harse but like i said none of my abuse ws given to any 1 but moon when devil said if i didn't stop i'd be banned i droped it and was kicked, that i dont mind to much but then when i caome on today im banned by moon.

although it hurts me to agree with a brummie cunt hehe i have to sniper i think ur a decent fellow but ur young and neieve u will learn this as u get older to respect people more dont think im having a go at u but if u apologise im pretty sure ur be unbanned in due course, but u cant talk that to people not admins not anyone do that in real life and ur probably get a bruise or 2 for ur troubles, so my advise is apologise and get back to all being m8s playing on a genuingly good server.

To be honest mate, if one admin thinks you deserve to be banned then i agree to the ban, if two admins think you deserve to be banned then i insist that you are banned, and if Devil dog is one of the two then i will ban you myself, devil dogs word is golden. So mate if i was you i wouldn't come on here ranting a complaining about being banned mate. We don't like people who are too seriouis about playing the game, the server is about having a bit of a laugh a bit of fun and to make great new friends, but if all you are going to do it complain and abuse people then you shouldn't really be on then should you? If i was you i would just appologise and grit your teeth.

i dunno if it was misunderstandings or one side or the other is "reinterpreting" events.
sinperx is a regular and I'm happy for him to have another chance.

There seems to be a lot of bans happening lately and I think it's worth pointing out that just because you have admin rights, does not mean everyone who upsets you a little should be automatically banned. Good admining is about knowing when NOT to ban ppl as well as when to actually ban them.

It's easy in the heat of the moment to take action because you have this power rather than because it actually warrants it - and especially being fairly new to being an admin on the server, the power can go to yer head
Don't forget too that ppl can be kicked or temporarily banned if they step out of line - a permanent ban is not necessarily required (unless of course you are french, in which case it's an automatic ban )

So give sniper a 2nd chance and if he screws up, THEN ban him for life

i hate to do it but i agree with tef, tef is the least patient BIATCH and he aint as handy with the banning as most of you HO's.
listen fellas just chill out we got to keep our regulars and welcome new comers not scare them off, so a bit more understanding and relaxed admin is needed.

also as you know i go undercover somtimes and have to say that occasionally your all abit quick on the kick/ban. slapping and burning are good for keeping whiper snappers in line.

At the end of the day the insults were utterly disgraceful

The word "cunt" is one of the most obnoxious, revolting and insulting words someone could use from the English language. There was no need for it.

Sniper, you're a complete prick, but I did not ban you permanent. I WILL SAY THIS THAT I DO NOT BAN PEOPLE. It takes a lot for me to ban someone. But admin abuse is admin abuse. If you think we are out of line, then you come on here and say so, you do not cheek them, or in fact regulars for that matter. Respect each other and enjoy what it is "a game".

It is a one day ban. I was going to do a week, but calmed down overnight and thought a one day would suffice. Yet he comes on and blows it out of proportion.

Sniper, learning some respect for fellow gamers and indeed your elders, would be a quaint idea indeed.

I suggest you do that.

To tef and Wedge, like I say I never ban, unless it's a complete nut (tk'er or mic spammer etc etc.) but I feel that this was the correct action. Matha and any of the Ho's will tell you I'm an easy going admin, always having a laugh who can take the abuse. But this was different. He stepped over the line, and yet continues to whine here.

Sniper should learn from this. As Tef said, if he screws up again, permanent ban.

My last word on this topic at the end of the day we all make mistakes in the heat of the moment and its the way u deal with these mistakes that makes u a better person, my point being that i think the insults should stop from now on and we can all play css on the biatch server and complain about bullshit headies people always get on me
