He doesnt appear to be banned. Couldnt find his steamid in the banned list.

he may be under banned names or banned IP snowy

if it was banned in "Mani" he could still be banned in memory rather than the banned.cfg. Mani doesnt automatically do a "writeid"..

I did check that also but also just checked again and still not found so I think your ok on the steamid side...

well it seems i didnt ban by steamID so it must be by IP i hope you dont have some sort of trippy proxy or router....
